The Accura MIS Cost Rate Calculator is an advanced Excel spreadsheet that enables you to discover your hourly rates and true cost.

Is it easy to use? Absolutely, you don't need any spreadsheet experience at all - we've done all the hard work for you

Simply put, you enter your various cost centres which can be items of machinery, departments or even individual operators. You then enter your all your overheads such as wages, lease costs, mortgage or rent and utilities. Then, using the amount of productive hours expected for each cost centre, the Cost Rate Calculator will calculate the hourly rate for each.

This information is then entered into the MIS estimating tables so when you send a quote to your customer, you can be confident of how much a job will cost you and what your margin is.
