Service Tickets

Nobody wants an unhappy customer and if your customer has a problem they usually want it sorted - fast

Service Tickets allow you to keep track of customer issues, requests, queries and manage the activities needed to overcome them. You can monitor who is responsible for the ticket, its current status, and record its final resolution. Tickets can be attached to quotes, orders or sales invoices (or none of these) depending on how the ticket is created.

Although tickets are designed to handle customer issues, tickets could be used for non-customer service activities such as project management.
